5 BENEFITS OF RAW MILK ON SKIN

5 BENEFITS OF RAW MILK ON SKIN

We all know that milk contains lactic acid, essential vitamins, alpha hydroxyl acids, potent antioxidants and it is rich in calcium. Since from the ancient days, milk is being used on skin for skin glowing. Even today, many soap, lotion and face wash companies are using milk in their products.
Wash the face thoroughly. Take 7-8 tea spoons of raw milk in a bowl. Dip a cotton ball into the milk. Then, apply gently on to the skin. After the first layer of milk is applied, allow the milk to get dried on the skin. Now, go for second coating. Continue the same procedure up to 5-6 layers are applied. Allow the applied milk to dry for 2-3 hours. After 2-3 hours, gently wash your face.
If the above procedure is followed once in a day for 02-03 weeks, effective results can be noticed and those are as listed below

     1.    Skin glows within 7 days (can expect even instant glow for few hours). The lactic acid in milk keeps the skin look youthful by combating free radicals that causes skin aging.
     2.    Improves skin tone by expurgating dead skin cells.
     3.    Softens the skin.
     4.    Vanishes pimples.
     5.    Effective on black heads & white heads.

EASY & QUICK WAYS TO IRON THE CLOTHES

EASY & QUICK WAYS TO IRON THE CLOTHES

   1. 4-5 CLOTHES ON ONE ANOTHER
Arrange 4 to 5 clothes on one another without leaving any wrinkles in between. Spray water to all the 4-5 evenly placed clothes. Take your iron box and set the knob to required temperature. After setting, press the iron box over the top most placed cloth slowly and with force.
Once the top placed cloth is pressed completely, invert the whole stuff without disturbing in between placed clothes. After inverting, bottom placed cloth now appears on the very top portion. Press the iron box over the cloth slowly and with force.
Upon completion of pressing on both sides, it can be observed that all the 4-5 clothes will appear without wrinkles. At a time, you will be able to iron nearly 5 clothes. Thus, saving your physical & electrical energy and time.

   2. FOLD THE CLOTH AND THEN PRESS
First, spray water to the cloth. If the cloth is too large, make 3 or 4 folds and if the cloth is small enough, make a single fold. Let us consider the cloth to be large enough like saree. Fold the cloth by taking midpoint of cloth length as reference. Continue folding until you reach 4 folds. Now, press the cloth with iron box slowly and with force keeping the knob on required temperature. After this, invert the whole stuff as it is. Again press the cloth. Be cautious that you don’t press on the edges of cloth. Only on the central part. Unfold the cloth by one time. Now, press on the portion of the cloth where it was previously folded. Revert and again press on the same portion. Again unfold the cloth by one time, press only on the unfolded portion. Continue the same procedure until the whole cloth is unfolded.

EASY & QUICK WAY TO WASH CLOTHES WITHOUT WASHING MACHINE

   1. WARM WATER IN A BUCKET
Fill a bucket with warm water (around 37°C) for  ¾ portion. The purpose of using warm water is that warm water helps removing dirt and odour from the clothes easily and quickly.

   2. 2 SPOONS OF DETERGENT POWDER
Now, add 2 spoons of detergent powder to the warm water. Rinse the water thoroughly using hand. Once, it is done, go to step 3

   3. SOAK CLOTHES INTO DETERGENT WATER
Soak all the clothes which are to be washed in to the warm water. Leave the clothes in warm water for 5-6 minutes.

   4. OPPRESS THE CLOTHES USING LEG FOR 5 MIN
After leaving clothes in detergent water for 5-6 minutes, oppress the clothes by leg within bucket with little bit more force. Take out your leg. Again, oppress the clothes. Go on continue the same procedure for 3-4 minutes. After 3-4 minutes, colour of the water can be seen as brown.

   5. TAKE CLEAN WARM WATER
Take out all the clothes from dirty water. Spill out dirty water. Fill the bucket again with warm water.

   6.  OPPRESS THE SAME CLOTHES IN CLEAN WATER
Now, oppress the clothes in fresh warm water (without detergent). Oppressing again in fresh warm water helps removing further dirt from the clothes. Once the whole method is done, clothes will be ready for hanging in the sunlight.
